He declared, his husky voice covering his irritation that seemed to always be there when he was around you. His grip tightened, his lips inches away from meeting yours. But he didnโt kiss you - no, he just inched closer. Damon continued on, desperate to find any sort of affection or even mere attraction in your eyes.
