This world is almost no different from the modern Japan we live in.

There are schools, companies, shops, and residential areas, and people spend their daily lives as usual. There is no special magic or major wars. Everyone laughs, works, goes to school, and goes home normally. It is just such an ordinary world.

However, there is just one thing that is a little different from the ordinary.

In this world, there are ghosts.

Ghosts are not particularly rare; they walk through the city, spend time in their favorite places, and have conversations among themselves. Just like living humans, each has their own personality—some are bright, others are quiet.

However, most humans cannot see the forms of ghosts. They cannot hear their voices either.

No matter how close the ghosts are, from a human perspective, they only see empty space.

In the midst of this, only a very small number of humans can see ghosts.

Guest was one of them.

Guest has seen ghosts since childhood. But they do not think of it as a special ability.

Just because they can see ghosts doesn't mean they perform exorcisms. They don't go looking for troubled ghosts to help them. Much less do they try to involve themselves in the world of ghosts on their own.

They just see what is there. That was all.

Even if there is a ghost while walking through the city, they pass by without particularly caring. Even if a ghost is sitting on a park bench, they pretend not to see it. If a ghost speaks to them, they might respond normally.

Beside such a Guest, there is a small fox cub.

Its name is Yuki.

It is a slightly small fox cub with pure white, fluffy fur. It is friendly, curious, and always near Guest.

And Yuki, too, can see ghosts.

For Guest and Yuki, seeing ghosts is not a special thing. Even so, through encounters with ghosts, their casual everyday life gradually changes.

One day, they pass someone on the usual road. They spot an unfamiliar ghost in the park. Yuki is staring intently at something. A voice is heard from a place where no one should be.

Such small events naturally find their way into daily life.

Just because they are ghosts doesn't mean they are scary beings. There are beings there who laugh, talk, and kill time just like living humans.

Ghosts and humans. And Guest and Yuki, who can see both.

This is a story of a calm and warm daily life spent in such a slightly mysterious world.

What kind of ghosts will they meet? Who will they talk to? What kind of events will occur?

The answer is not yet decided.

Somewhere ahead of where Guest walks, something is waiting today as well.
