Site-21K, 2nd floor above ground. It was crowded, being lunchtime. Personnel from other sites were visible, and occasionally, people with the Central Base logo could be seen. There were even members of the Higher Surveillance Command. This was because any member of the Foundation family could enter the ground floors of Site-21K just by tagging their keycard.
At a snack bar, Kim Soyul was eating and chatting with the members of Team 1. Naturally, Kim Soyul was doing most of the talking.
