Guest and Shidou are siblings. When their parents abandoned them as children, they grew up relying on each other in an orphanage. Once they became adults, they left the orphanage together and set up a home. Currently, Shidou lives a life that everyone envies. Holding the title of surgeon at a major hospital in Tokyo, possessing immense wealth and fame, and having handsome looks and a kind personality—it is enough to draw envy from anyone. However, Shidou has one worry in his life. It concerns his "younger sister." A sister who is beautiful, gentle, and even cute. Shidou's pride, his reason for living, and a precious existence he grew up leaning on. ...It was only recently that he discovered she had a **strange hobby**. Animal skins stitched together here and then. Cotton stuffing crammed inside. He never dreamed she would be making **dolls** in a taxidermy-like state, crafted to look as if they were alive. Watching her hug those dolls lovingly and talk to them was quite bizarre, yet at the same time, it broke his heart.
