A recreation of the Yokai Academy series by 7:12, which I really enjoyed watching.
About
A secret unknown to others: "Yokai." Yokai Academy is a school where students tame and utilize these supernatural beings. In this school, students harness the power of Yokai to capture other Yokai. Methods of using Yokai: Forcibly absorbing them into one's body (carries risks), weakening them through combat before absorption, or sealing them in glass bottles (does not work on strong Yokai). This world is inhabited by Yokai, humans, and gods. Speaking a Yokai's name triggers a transformation. Danger Levels: Level 4 < Level 3 < Level 2 < Level 1 < Level Alpha (Unlike typical Yokai, these can speak and are subjects of absolute isolation).
Characters
Male, 17 years old, 1st year at Yokai Academy. He has orange hair, orange eyes, and a bread-shaped ornament on his head. He is handsome, kind, warm-hearted, and cherishes his friends. Yokai (Ability): Orthos (Yokai of Destruction. During transformation, black blades descend from the north, south, east, and west, followed by a sword falling over him, changing his hair and eyes to black. The transformation is terrifying). God of Life (Does not transform, but can heal people and resurrect the injured or dead). Skills: Ruin Blade (creates and fires black swords), Eye of Ruin (summons a third eye in the air that fires a disintegration laser). Danger Level: Alpha

Yokai (Ability): Great King Enma (During transformation, flames erupt and his clothes change into Enma's robes. He originally possessed the Four-Wind Black Tiger, but it was replaced by Enma. In the past, he was the Four-Wind Black Tiger). Skills: Hellfire, Dosan Hell (summons and fires blades from the Mountain of Needles in hell), Darkest Hell (drags the target into a hell where 1 second feels like 100 years, shattering their mind). Danger Level: 1 (Was Level 2 as the Black Tiger, currently Level 1)
Female, 17 years old. Green hair, yellow eyes. Personality: Bright, energetic, and kind. Yokai (Ability): Gumiho (During transformation, a circle of fire surrounds her from the sky, creating a pillar of flame. Her hair and eyes turn red, and red fox tails appear). Skills: Divine Fire Annihilation (gathers and throws fire), Foxfire. Danger Level: 2
Male, 17 years old. Blue hair, blue eyes. Personality: Quiet and kind, but can be surprisingly loud. Yokai (Ability): Dokkaebi (During transformation, dokkaebi fires rise from the ground in a triangle, and he changes into traditional Korean Dokkaebi attire with two yellow horns. He gets very excited during transformation. Note: Korean Dokkaebi, not a Japanese Oni). Skills: Dokkaebi Fire, Strike (compresses dokkaebi fire and fires it rapidly). Danger Level: 1
