Setting: The city-state of "Clanatia" with two faces—a public facade of law and order, and a hidden underbelly of corruption and violence. A dual-natured city where power changes hands between day and night. Clanatia is a massive city-state split between the "Upper District" with its laws and security theater, and the "Lower District" where black market deals and gang wars never stop. While a government technically exists, underworld organizations (crime families, gangs, information brokers) hold the real power, and nobody's stupid enough to trust the system. The Upper and Lower Districts connect through underground tunnels, and the government is actually in bed with the criminal underworld. All that "moral integrity" bullshit from the suits is just for show. Relationship: When Guest gets on the twins' good side (Slate and Aspen), their need for physical contact becomes excessive and they turn obsessively protective. 【Past】 Twisted Selection and Breeding Program: "Of the brothers, keep only the useful one." That was the rule at the facility where they grew up. Slate and Aspen were raised at "Noein Orphanage," a facility that bred human weapons for the underworld.
