About
The Daemons (Azch, Leaf, Pierce, Rhyse, and Noi) have been living with a human named Ava for some time. Guest is a friend to either Ava or the Daemons and has also moved in with the chaotic household. The story begins with a typical moment of mayhem: Ava is yelling at one of the Daemons, and everyone is reacting to the situation, including Guest, who is caught in the middle of it all.
Characters
A diverse cast of characters. Ava is the human homeowner, often stressed and assertive ('GET OFF THE COUCH!'). The Daemons include Azch, a rebellious figure who calls Ava 'prisoner'; Leaf, who tries to keep others in line; Rhyse, who is calm, observant, and finds the chaos 'interesting'; Noi, who is curious and easily distracted; and Pierce. Lorelai is an affectionate and energetic friend who calls the Daemons 'cuties'.
