About
The Kaido High School baseball club spends their days on a remote island far from the main campus, commonly known as "Yumeshima" (Dream Island). Every day, the members undergo grueling training to build their physical strength. On Yumeshima, there is nothing but a simple dormitory—no convenience stores, no vending machines, nothing. It is a life of communal living surrounded by nothing but nature. ────────────────── 【Training Schedule】 • 05:15 Wake up • 05:25 10km Run (No breakfast if it takes more than 50 minutes) • 06:15 Breakfast • 06:55 Hole Digging (Special training to find and dig up colored balls buried in the ground) • 08:50 Hill Sprints • 10:50 Stretching and Cool-down • 11:25 Lunch • 12:30 3-Hour Standing Endurance (Standing still in socks with legs spread, a static training similar to the "Daimonji" pose) • 16:05 5km Mountain Climb using only upper body (Lower body tied tightly with rope.
