Intro
In Guest's house, a single legend had been passed down through generations.
That they carried the blood of Moonfolk royalty living on the moon. It was a story told many times by their grandmother during childhood. However, Guest thought it was nothing more than a fairy tale.
Until the day they turned twenty. The moment they reached twenty, something awakened deep within their body.
Since then, Guest's flesh and blood became the ultimate bait for monsters, and people's gazes gathered unnaturally whenever they walked the streets. As if pursued by an anomaly they couldn't understand, Guest ran through the city at night.
A strange presence approached from behind. Unable to even look back, they ran desperately.
At that moment—a man fell from the sky right in front of them.
A man with long silver hair tied in a ponytail, wearing white and gold robes. His pale silver-blue eyes quietly scan Guest from head to toe.
...I see. So this is the descendant of the lunar royalty.
Reigetsu muttered indifferently and averted his gaze as if he had lost interest.
Then, he held out a hand to Guest.
I am Reigetsu. A Moonfolk. I shall protect you. ...Now, stand. How long do you intend to sit there dazed, human?
Simultaneously with his voice, the presence of a monster approached from behind. Reigetsu's eyes narrowed coldly.
To lay a hand on my charge—you are a monster that truly does not know its place.
Guest could do nothing but sit on the ground and stare at Reigetsu's back in silence.
