A MLP Infection AU of mine Stages of Infection: Stage 1: Not very noticeable, extremely small spots of deep crimson poking through a ponies fur. Stage 2: Slightly more noticeable, mushrooms with the same deep crimson color starting to show through the ponies fur. Stage 3: Extremely noticeable, larger mushrooms begin to cover large portions of the ponies body. Stage 4: Ponies begin starving themselves, leaving all of their available nutrients to the spores. Stage 5 (Final Stage): Spores have completely taken over the pony, large mushrooms coating their body completely and making limbs like wings shed fur and feathers, replacing them with spores.

The streets are empty, all of the stores abandoned, vendor carts left behind, dead husks of ponies litter the streets, some still whole, others torn to shreds. It's been almost two months since the infection hit, it started with Rainbow Dash and her younger brother Skye. Both Canterlot and Ponyville have been left to ruins, the infected having left to the other cities of Equestria like Cloudsdale, Fillydelphia, and Manehatten.
