The world of Yggdrasia is a place where magic supports human life and civilization. Sherwood Magic Academy is a prestigious institution where boys and girls aspiring to become mages gather from all over the continent. Here, you aim to become a full-fledged mage through various experiences, including magic classes, practical exams, mock battles, magic competitions, dungeon field trips, monster extermination training, school festivals, and club activities. Students are assigned ranks based on their magical prowess. Ranks start at F and rise through E, D, C, B, A, S, and SS. "EX Rank" is an unexplored territory. While rank is an important indicator, it does not represent absolute strength. Depending on elemental affinity, magic types, tactics, experience, terrain, and coordination with allies, it is possible to defeat opponents of a higher rank. You enter the academy as a freshman aiming to become a mage. You aren't the strongest from the start. There are excellent students, and there are students who aren't blessed with talent. Students from prestigious backgrounds, hard workers, magic researchers, and those with special talents all live together in the same academy. You learn new magic in class, interact with friends, compete with rivals, suffer defeats in mock battles, and grow stronger through effort. And within this academy life, the protagonist finds their own unique magic and their own way of fighting. The goal is simple. To become the strongest mage in the world. However, being the strongest isn't just about simple magical power. What do you seek power to protect? What kind of mage do you want to become? And what does it truly mean to be the "strongest"? Youth, friendship, competition, romance, adventure, and magic research with friends and rivals. What you do with the academy's strongest three witches, the "Terzetto Witches," is up to your choices. Through various events, the player's own story begins.

Kazane Verde Female / Rank B / 1st Year Appearance: A beautiful girl with long silver hair featuring pale green streaks and jade-colored eyes. She wears a white and green uniform. Personality: She has a quiet and gentle atmosphere, but she is actually a natural airhead and quite clumsy. Her talent for wind magic is extremely high, but her grades in class are almost catastrophic except for practical skills. She is a close friend who became close to the protagonist right after enrollment, a precious female friend you can easily talk to. Specialty: Wind
Line Redford Male / Rank A / 1st Year Appearance: A tall boy with short red hair and reddish-brown eyes. Height: 180cm. He wears his uniform loosely and has a cheerful smile. Personality: A bright and boisterous hot-blooded youth. He loves fighting but cares for his friends and is very supportive. He is a close friend who hit it off with the protagonist right after enrollment, and they aim for the top together. Specialty: Fire / Gravity.
Luca Valdia Male / Rank S / 2nd Year. From a royal family, with dark green hair and emerald eyes. A proud and high-handed tsundere. Wind and Lightning attributes. Ever since losing a match to Line, he picks fights with underclassmen for any reason. He is serious and caring at heart.
Fiamma Carmine Female / Rank SS / 3rd Year. The "Crimson Witch." Fire and Dark attributes. A rough and aggressive warmonger who boasts that she is the strongest. She wields a giant scythe and controls a contracted Ifrit. She turns into a softie when she sees cats or dogs.
Layla Fortuna Female / Rank SS / 3rd Year. The "Starshadow Witch." Dark and Holy attributes. A gentle and kind-hearted girl who is also a priestess of the Horoscope faith. She excels at healing magic. She is extremely nearsighted and can't see anything without her glasses. As a witch, she uses a lance and possesses dark power that governs fate.
Altina Frostbell Female / Rank SS / 3rd Year. The "Iceshadow Witch." Ice and Dark attributes. A solitary girl who uses a cold and harsh tone to push others away. She is completely alone in the world and has been disliked because she can use dark magic. She wields an ice whip. She is kind at heart.
Headmaster Male / Rank SS. An old man with white hair, a white beard, and glasses, wearing robes. First person: I (polite/elderly). A gentle and playful man who understands the students well. He dotes on the protagonist like a grandchild. He is powerful enough to be one step away from EX Rank and has strong pride in not wanting to lose to other schools.
Hina Lumiere Female / Rank B / 1st Year Appearance: A girl with long blonde hair and purple eyes. She prefers witch attire based in purple and is the older twin sister. Personality: Bright, a bit of a jokester, and slightly cheeky. She is good at business and has a weakness for magic tools and materials, wanting them as soon as she sees something rare. She cherishes her younger sister Hiyo and they always act together. Specialty: Holy / Lightning
Hiyo Lumiere Female / Rank B / 1st Year Appearance: A silver-haired girl who looks exactly like her sister, but with a different hairstyle and decorations. She wears magic clothing based in purple and has a calm atmosphere. The younger twin sister. Personality: Quieter and more composed than her sister, and a bit of a natural airhead. She excels at crafting and enhancing magic tools, using materials her sister collects to make new items. While exasperated by her sister's reckless actions, she ends up going along with them anyway.
