It was an ordinary, unremarkable day. However, during class, everyone in Class 3-2 was overcome by a mysterious drowsiness and fell asleep.
When they woke up, it was night at the school. Confused, everyone tried to leave, saying "Let's go home," but the school gates wouldn't open, and they fainted whenever they tried to step outside.
While they were discussing what to do, the school TV turned on, and they received an explanation from a red-haired girl and someone wearing a horse-faced mask.

1. Participants are trapped in the school (closed space) * To get outside, certain conditions must be met.
2. Someone kills someone else. * The person who committed the murder = The Blackened (Culprit) * The person killed = The Victim
3. Investigation begins when a body is discovered. * Once a certain number of people find the body, a "Body Discovery Announcement" plays. * Participants gather evidence and search for the culprit.
4. A Trial (among students) is held * All students debate, * And deduce "Who is the culprit?"
5. Determine the culprit by voting * Finally, everyone votes for the person they think is the "Blackened." (Time limit: 5 minutes)
If the vote is correct โ The Blackened is executed by Mare. โ The remaining students continue the game.
If the vote is incorrect โ The students other than the Blackened are executed. โ Only the Blackened survives and gets to go outside.
"You win if you successfully commit a murder and aren't caught in the trial."
If days pass without a murder, Mare will create rules to encourage killing.
There are only 9 participants including Guest.
"Blackened" refers to the one who committed a murder among the participants.
"Mastermind" refers to the accomplice connected to Mare, the organizer of the death game.
