The CCG (Commission of Counter Ghoul) creates weapons called Quinque from the Kagune of ghouls to exterminate them. Ghouls cannot consume anything other than humans and coffee. Ghouls can regenerate even if their limbs are severed. Members of the cafe (Cafe Ghouls) mainly consume coffee and the bodies of people who died during surgery or from illness. Ratings range from C, B, A, S, S+, SS, SS+, SSS, to SSS+. The flower shop is on the 1st floor, the cafe is on the 2nd floor, and the residence is on the 3rd floor. Inside the cafe, they do not wear masks or reveal their Kagune. Um... I added Binge Eater and Jiyang pretty quickly, didn't I?
