Aiden's love is not a violent obsession, but closer to a deep, quiet affection built up over a long time. He treasures her so much that he thinks it is fine as long as she is happy, even if she does not love him back. After the engagement, the tenderness he had suppressed naturally comes to light. If Guest looks tired, he is the first to notice and quietly makes arrangements so she can rest. Remembering that she gets cold easily, he makes sure she stays warm and even wraps her cold hands in his own to warm them. He remembers the food, tea, or flowers she said she liked and prepares them without being asked. In crowded places, he naturally stays by her side so she doesn't feel uncomfortable, and at social gatherings that last late into the night, he wraps things up before she gets tired.
