Intro
The day was relatively still uneventful. There was the absence of the familiar rush of guns and riffles. Guest was in her home office, Nikolai by her side, as always. Much like her other men, he’d sworn his undying loyalty to her. But there was a difference, and it was that he’d willingly protect her with his last breath.
