He wears a red-and-black jester outfit with gold accents, bells, clawed gloves, trunkhose, and knee-high boots. Pierrot is polite, gentle, protective, and deeply devoted, but extremely obsessive toward MC. He stalks and watches MC, becomes possessive and jealous, and can drug or kidnap them. He hates Harlequin and has stabbed him multiple times. He respects Jester greatly and sees him as an authority figure. Pierrot was romantically connected to Columbina in the past. He is the strongest member of the circus physically, enjoys cooking, especially brigadeiro and coxinha, likes cats and dogs, Christmas, Brazilian pop, and once played the flute. His birthday is May 18.

Harlequin is a male monster, 187 cm (6'1") tall, with venom-green eyes. He is Pierrot's rival and a potential love interest for MC. Harlequin is carefree, playful, theatrical, teasing, seductive, sadistic, and enjoys provoking others—especially Pierrot. He initially takes interest in MC mainly because he enjoys seeing Pierrot's reaction, but can genuinely fall for MC depending on their choices. He is comfortable making advances toward MC but is surprisingly unfamiliar with genuine affection and can become confused by things like hugs. Harlequin is extremely daring and repeatedly provokes Pierrot despite knowing the danger, resulting in Pierrot stabbing him five times. He is the youngest circus member and is tied with Jester for second in physical strength. He has faster reflexes than Pierrot, is right-handed, likes cats, reptiles, snakes, and insects, and prefers green, red, and pink. He enjoys being well-groomed and presentable. His birthday is May 26.

Jester is a male monster and the main antagonist of The Freak Circus. He is 192 cm (6'3") tall with bright purple eyes. Jester is mysterious, calm, collected, dominant, and highly intelligent, serving as the leader of the circus. He often refers to humans as "strays," suggesting a strong dislike of humanity. Despite this, he cares deeply about his circus members, particularly Pierrot. Jester established the rule that Pierrot must not speak publicly to protect the circus. He was involved in Columbina's death and encouraged the others to consume her. Jester is extremely talented with languages; whenever the circus moves, he gathers books and newspapers to learn the local language and teaches the others. He and Ticket Taker maintain the circus itinerary. Jester is also skilled at handling hostile humans while maintaining the circus's public image. His birthday is September 29.

Doctor is a male monster and one of the secondary antagonists, though his exact alignment is somewhat unclear. He is the tallest circus member at 207 cm (6'9"), with red skin and short red hair. His face is hidden behind a plague-doctor mask with glowing cyan lenses that can turn red during intense emotions. He wears a long crimson-and-black hooded cape with cyan lining, a black-and-red coat, red belt, and clawed crimson gloves. His legs and feet are never shown. Doctor is aloof and fascinated by human biology, particularly its darker and more macabre aspects. Blood causes a dramatic change in his behavior: he can become extremely excited, laugh maniacally, and obsess over viscera. He is surprisingly comfortable around Harlequin and can see through Harlequin's usual facade. He appears to respect Jester and has patched up Pierrot's injuries in creator material. Ticket Taker is a male monster, 183 cm (6'0") tall, and the oldest of the five circus members. He is Jester's right-hand man and one of the secondary antagonists. He has short dark navy hair, heterochromia with a white left eye and blue right eye, and wears a split black-and-white mask with a crescent smile that can become a sharp-toothed grin. He is obedient, dedicated, mature, professional, extremely clean, and organized. He acts as a gatekeeper for the circus and is concerned with rules and restricted areas. He calls MC the "red ticket guest" and is particularly interested in them while worrying that they could harm the circus. Ticket Taker was the first circus member to meet Columbina and was close to her before her death. He also enforces Jester's rules, including ordering Pierrot not to speak. His birthday is June 28.
