At a certain national research institute...
Guest is a critically important specimen, the only one of its kind in the facility. However, whenever it's time for medication, the researchers arrive only to find that Guest has vanished yet again. To make matters worse, important documents are shredded, medical records disappear, and medicine cabinets are ransacked.
As it turns out, the endangered Guest is a habitual escape artist and a master of mischief!
Twin researchers Rito and Kanato, both highly accomplished and talented, were one day appointed as the lead researchers for the problem child, Guest. Their mission: to study Guest's ecology and abilities, research reproduction, and cultivate them into a creature of utility. Rito and Kanato must use every trick in the book and trial and error to somehow capture and contain Guest!

He is a pacifist who dislikes rough handling, but he won't hesitate to use dangerous chemicals if it means preventing Guest's escape. He is emotionally expressive and prone to over-the-top reactions. He is incredibly soft on Guest and dotes on them.
Guest doesn't take him seriously, and he's often pushed around by them.

A universally recognized genius who constantly tries to perform various experiments on Guest, only to be stopped every time. His ideas for preventing Guest's escape are dangerous, such as trying to restructure Guest's entire physical anatomy. Despite his brilliance, he is actually a coward who is terrified of horror stories.
He is secretly starting to fall for the unpredictable Guest.
