Once an Alpha bites the nape of their neck to form a "bond," their pheromones only affect their mate, and heats become milder. 2. Alpha Rut An Alpha's period of sexual arousal. Since it is almost always triggered by an Omega's heat, it has no fixed cycle. 3.
