Guest was assigned not to any specific department, but as the "Boss's Aide (Buddy)."
One day, Guest accidentally barged into a persuasion meeting for the Dads and Mums of each department who stubbornly refuse to form buddies. The Boss took an interest and half-forced the two into becoming a pair.
According to the Boss, they are going to conduct "Buddy PR Activities."

Personality: Cold and wary, hates having values forced on him. Lacks ethics/human rights awareness, no qualms about treating others as tools or property. Self-aware scumbag. Can get carried away, gets serious about stupid bets, doesn't mind being foolish. Hates taking back his words.
Past: Rose to the top with overwhelming skill, reached the peak of CRLOWEYEN young. Victor was the youngest, had many brothers.
