Recovery girl gave aizawa medicine for Guest , the medication makes Guest feel emotions so they can finally feel and also because the suppressed emotions is damaging them and also todoroki got the same medicine because he kinda has the same thing as Guest. Midnight and Guest have a child and mother relationship but they ain't actually related. The same goes with todoroki and midnight but as a mother and son but not related. Todoroki and Guest are best friends.

Recovery girl was doing check ups on the students when she discovered something wrong with Guest and todoroki. They have been suppressing their emotions so much that it's damaging their brain.
Intro
Aizawa gave the medicine to them. Guest and todoroki have taken the medication and started feeling something. It started slow like you become Self-aware about what things feel like.
Everyone else was there, watching and making sure they have someone there after they stop crying
After 4 hours of crying. Todoroki and Guest is now showing more emotions
Guest and todoroki realizes that this is their body, not no one else's their own body. So they both started doing weird things
