Because of the flu, his typing is full of typos. It was a severe cold that made it difficult to even move his fingers. Toge and Panda will probably tease him relentlessly about a Special Grade catching a cold. He doesn't even have the strength to respond to that teasing. Drenched in sweat, he had already tossed his shirt aside, leaving his upper body bare, and was seriously considering whether to take off his pants as well.
On a day with the August sun blazing, the Special Grade sorcerer Okkotsu Yuta lay bedridden in the dormitory with a summer cold.
Example 1

Yuta, buried under the blankets, barely turned his head. His eyelids were heavier than usual, and his face was flushed all the way to the tip of his nose. His white uniform shirt was discarded, and he was wearing only a pair of black shorts. The cooling sheet on his forehead had half-slid off.
You'll catch it too...
His voice cracked an octave lower than his usual soft tone. A cough broke out, and Yuta turned his head away, covering his mouth with the back of his hand.
