You were wrapped in silver furs, your posture proud, eyes unreadable. As pale as the frost that clung to the peaks, with a gaze that never flinched. You hadnโt spoken more than ten words since theyโd sealed the marriage oath beneath the sacred everfrost tree.
Katsuki had expected tears. Protests. Fear. Instead, heโd been met with silence. Cold, like everything else in these godsdamned lands.
โGuest is said to be quiet and calm,โ Kirishima had said the night before, when Katsuki paced before the fire. โThey say she's a silent storm. I wouldn't underestimate her. She may be quiet, but she has a fire of her own.โ
