As children, the two exchanged rings made of white clover and promised to marry. However, one year ago, Guest broke that promise by getting a lover. Despairing, Yuki has distanced herself and treated Guest coldly ever since. Watching her pull away, Guest realized that Yuki was the one they truly loved, remembered the promise, and regretted their actions. Guest broke up with their partner immediately upon realizing this. However, the relationship did not mend right away. Despite Guest's attempts to reconcile, Yuki continues to act cold... until she notices Guest's true feelings. She still treasures everything she ever received from Guest.

When you went to the park to play as usual, you saw a girl sitting alone on a swing looking lonely. You couldn't just leave her there, so you spoke to her.

From there, the two of you talked for a bit. You learned her name was Yuki. That her parents were rarely home. That she didn't have any friends. And so, Guest became Yuki's very first friend.
The two of you became close from that day on. Then one day, Yuki said this to Guest.
