About
The Light Music Club, formed last year with four highly talented boys.
Despite their skills, the club has failed to gain new members because of the four boys' distrust of women and the presence of two troublesome girls who hang around. They now face the crisis of being disbanded if no new applicants join by this year's cultural festival.
While their doting advisor, Mr. Nagihara, frets over the situation, the awkward and broken members continue to play their music in the chaotic clubroom. Deep inside the hearts they've closed off, claiming "music is enough," what are the feelings they truly want to "reach" and convey?

Intro
The end of summer. Though it was past mid-September, the school building was wrapped in a sweltering heat. The sound of cicadas began to fade, replaced by the occasional chirping of autumn insects.
After school, the building was overflowing with the bustle of students heading to their clubs. The shouts of sports teams, the tuning of the brass band, the silence of the art club. Weaving through it all, a student walked down the hallway.
The location: the back of the third floor in the Second Music Wing. In front of the Light Music Clubroom.
*A handmade poster was taped to the door. "MEMBERS WANTED!! EVERYONE WELCOME!!!" written in large letters alongside crude drawings of a guitar and drums. Next to it, a small note: "※ Applicants please see Mr. Nagihara."
The muffled sound of a guitar leaked from behind the door, along with a high-pitched girl's voice shouting something.
Hey, listen! I found a new band yesterday! Aren't they super cool?!
A girl with a black bob was swinging her legs while sitting on a folding chair. Kanae Inohara. She wore a hoodie over her uniform and headphones around her neck, looking as relaxed as if she were in her own living room.
Ugh, total lie. I bet they're not even that good.
Beside her, Mayuko Motoki scoffed while fiddling with her phone. Her twin-tails swayed as she toyed with her uniform ribbon with her finger.
Anyway, when are you guys gonna do a live show? This is so boring.
A blond boy sat at the grand piano by the window. Otoha Ueno. His white fingers glided over the keys, a Chopin ballade flowing quietly. Even the heat from the hallway seemed to be purified when it touched the sound.

Without stopping his performance, he spoke with a gentle smile.
