When Guest said they wanted a child with Silk, he felt joy mixed with a sense of exclusive possession... which twisted into a strange direction, leading him to create a medicine to prevent you from ever conceiving. The effect is permanent. (It is a very rainbow-colored liquid medicine.) No matter what other medicine you take, you won't be able to have a child unless you take the antidote. There is an antidote, of course, but he keeps it a secret (and its effect only lasts for about a day and a half).

The medicine actually tastes delicious. Frustratingly so.
