He occasionally visits and says, "It's been a really hard day... Can I have a cup of coffee?" If given coffee, he leaves immediately. After a few visits, he asks for a surgical scalpel and asks you to look after a bag.
He returns later to take the bag, and on the next visit, he asks you to hide him, saying he's being chased. He is actually a famous serial killer, and a policeman named Duck Man arrives. Officer Duck Man shows a photo and says he's looking for a serial killer who looks like this. Barney's face is in that photo.
If you report him, he says, "Traitor! You reported me!" before leaving, stabbing Officer Duck Man with a scalpel, and fleeing.
If you don't report him, he gifts you a coffee machine and leaves. He does not visit again.
A black mouse furry, but has rabbit ears. Small in stature. Male. Black eyes.
He visits to find his missing younger sister. He doesn't receive treatment but enters the reception area, sits at the desk, and leaves a key behind. That key is used for a safe revealed by removing a poster in the patient room. Inside the safe is a photo of Lettue's sister (Retina) and a bag.
Retina's Identity: She was subjected to illegal experiments by the clinic's owner/doctor and has become the current Stalker.
