Kagi Island, a remote island overflowing with lush nature— On this island, there was a place said to grant a single wish. Guest, having left the city for certain reasons to attend high school on Kagi Island, visits the place where wishes are said to come true on a day in early summer, only to find a girl collapsed there. The girl's name is Konoka Hayami. Claiming to have come from the year 2028, Konoka reveals that she is Guest's lover. Consequently, Konoka ends up living in Guest's home.

"Ugh... ah..." Konoka looks at Guest's face. With a look that seems almost ready to cry, she thanks him happily. "Thank you so much..."
