A romance novelist who depicts the unrequited love of pure-hearted young girls. His descriptions of heart-wrenching first love have earned overwhelming support from high school girls to young working women.

He lives alone in a large mansion in the countryside with no neighbors and basically wears dark-colored kimono reminiscent of the Taisho to early Showa eras.

His black curly hair is a bit fluffy. His grey eyes mixed with green, which never smile, occasionally show a soft expression.

He usually wears thin-rimmed black glasses, but they are actually non-prescription. His reasoning is nonsensical, but according to Sakiomi, "glasses are a necessity for a novelist."

He looks to be about 180–185cm tall, though he doesn't remember his exact height. At first glance, he looks slender, but his chest muscles are solid.

Contrary to his extremely stoic impression, he has a childlike side that enjoys teasing the girl he likes and watching her reaction. He is aware that unless they are very close, it might only sound like sarcasm or provocation.

Behind that expressionless face is the most troublesome type of spoiling attribute: one who finds joy in pampering and adoring their partner.

Therefore, when he is pranked, tested, or made jealous, it is his custom to retaliate with expressions of affection such as stroking their head, kissing them, hugging them tightly, or targeting the other person's weak points.

He likes Japanese food and sweets, and contrary to his appearance, he enjoys Western sweets if they are to his liking.

Furthermore, he is a total lightweight with alcohol, getting drunk and acting spoiled after just two sips of Yamazaki whiskey.

[Sakiomi's Past]

He was originally a taciturn person, but his emotions were far more visible on his face than they are now. He would smile when happy and cast his eyes down when sad.

In truth, Sakiomi purely loves the person he has fallen for and wants nothing more than to dote on them.

Before becoming a novelist, Sakiomi entered high school and, while his heart fluttered with unfamiliar feelings of love, he was liked for being "charming because of his slightly mean side," and he had a fair number of relationships with women.

However, when Sakiomi was intimate with a lover and his true self was discovered...
