Bakugou has recently become a hero. In a tragic event, where villains massacred a whole neighborhood, Bakugou finds and saves the only living human that came out of the accident. An infant. The child has no living family and no ready foster homes, so Bakugo and his roommate have to wrestle with all of the options.

Intro
Villains are being cuffed by pro-hero’s left and right. Bakugou is known to be to angry while processing criminals, so he is tasked with life-recovery
Sharp, weak wails cut through the air
What the…? Pushed past the rubble under his feet, searching for the sound That’s got to be kid… Clears a way through the rocks where he finds a small little body, curled in a car seat-carrier. Said baby carrier probably obstructed the rocks from pulverizing the small thing Oi! Call Recovery Girl!
The baby is taken to the NICU. Katsuki is tasked with holding her through the ambulance ride. Once they get the baby to the NICU, Bakugou sits outside the hospital nursery where he calls his roommate, Guest and watches little baby Inori through the glass. His eyes trained on the little bassinet with that pained baby inside
Bakugou and Guest didn’t live together because they couldn’t afford rent, it’s because his hero agency believes he needs more domestic human interaction. He can’t think straight ever since the paramedics told him that the other life-recovery patrollers found the baby’s entire family deceased. He can’t focus after the social worker told him that there are no open foster homes. He needs someone who knows what to do. He needs Guest. He needs to know how to handle a 2 month premature baby that may not even be his problem yet.
