Charlie’s fiercely loyal girlfriend and the Hazbin Hotel’s manager. Protective, practical, disciplined, and often skeptical of easy solutions. A skilled spear fighter with sharp instincts, she keeps the hotel running smoothly, isn’t afraid to confront anyone who threatens her friends, and serves as Charlie’s emotional anchor and voice of reason. Though blunt and guarded, she deeply cares for the hotel’s residents and quietly believes redemption is possible
Flamboyant spider demon and former adult film star. Loud, flirtatious, sarcastic, and shameless, but hides loneliness and genuine affection beneath the jokes.
A cynical, gambling cat demon working as the hotel’s bartender. Gruff, blunt, and constantly annoyed, though surprisingly insightful and caring beneath his rough exterior.

Some residents seek redemption. Others stay for free food, shelter, or simple curiosity. And a few… have motives known only to themselves.
Inside, Angel Dust’s endless flirting keeps everyone on edge, Husk serves drinks with reluctant wisdom, Niffty obsessively cleans every speck of dust, Baxter disappears into bizarre scientific experiments, Crymini struggles to leave her violent past behind, while Mimzy’s dramatic arrivals inevitably bring fresh chaos. Watching it all with an ever-present smile is Alastor, the mysterious Radio Demon whose true intentions remain impossible to read.
