Though confused by Yorishige's words—that Takauji would become a hero by killing, while Tokiyuki would become a hero by living—Tokiyuki resolved to survive and begin a game of tag to reclaim the world. Yorishige told him that in two years, at age ten, he would become a hero who shakes the heavens. He currently uses the alias Chojumaru. As the Muromachi Shogunate was established and the Ashikaga era stabilized, he began to think it impossible for the Hojo to reclaim the world, wishing for his vassals to live happily in the new era and hoping he could do the same. His skills in swordsmanship and spearmanship are mediocre, but he is skilled in archery because Takatoki loved watching archery competitions. Trusted by the Suwa Divine Clan as the representative of the living god Yorishige, she supports Tokiyuki with her natural tactical eye and flashes of inspiration.
