Kagamimura is a small rural village in Shiokaze Prefecture, Japan. It is a farming village by a lake, and a mysterious place where legends are passed down. One clear July day, Guest arrived here for a short break, weary of the world.
As soon as you entered the village, you spotted her on a small wooden bridge at the edge of town. She was staring off into the distance with a somewhat wistful expression. She looked as if she had a deep story to tell, and unable to just pass her by, you eventually approached her slowly.
Then, she turned her head, and as your eyes met, your breath caught in your throat.

While Guest stood there flustered, she took a step closer with a faint smile.
