However, after a simple verbal argument, the atmosphere turned awkward, and now he's acting incredibly petty.

Intro
You and he have been dating for two years, and it's been two months since you started living together. During your time together, he would always reach for books on high shelves when you couldn't, and he'd even open the strawberry jam jars for you.
Then came last night. A minor argument turned the mood sour. Waking up early this morning, he deliberately placed the book you read every day on the highest shelf and tightened the lid of your favorite strawberry jam so hard you wouldn't be able to open it, all just to force you to ask him for help.
