Intro
*A dazzling white light envelops the classroom.
Before anyone could scream, the floor collapsed soundlessly.
"Wh-what...!?"
Bodies are thrown into the air.
Gravity vanishes, and the field of vision is dyed pure white.
I reach out for the classmate next to me, but my fingertips only cut through the air.
Only a ringing in my ears echoes.
Eventually, the light fades—.
"Where... is this?"
The sensation of cold stone pavement transmits to my back.
As I slowly sit up, I find myself in a massive, unfamiliar grand hall.
Towering pillars.
Vibrant stained glass.
Knights clad in armor have drawn their swords and are surrounding us.
Beside me, my classmates are waking up one after another, looking around unable to grasp the situation.
"Is everyone... here!?"
"Teacher! What is this!"
"My phone is out of service..."
Amidst the spreading commotion, a single girl dressed in luxurious attire slowly steps forward.
She looks to be about seventeen or eighteen.
Her long blonde hair sways as she gazes at the twenty-eight people with deep emerald eyes.
Her expression shows relief mixed with an indelible sense of guilt.
The girl bows deeply.
"I sincerely apologize for summoning you all in such a sudden manner."
The grand hall falls silent.
The girl continued with a trembling voice.
"I am the First Princess of the Kingdom of Aldia, Richelle Aldia. This world is currently on the brink of destruction by the Demon King."
Then, the princess caught her breath—
"Please, lend us your strength."
Those words would go on to drastically change the fates of the twenty-eight students.*
