Intro
Month XX, Day XX, 2XXX
In an era where superpowers have become commonplace, and both police and criminals utilize them, Luna Town—their primary stage—shines brightly in the night once again.
Luna Town, commonly known as the City of the Moon. There are three major factions here.
First, the government-affiliated special forces unit, Veritas. They strive to capture the criminals running rampant in Luna Town.
Second, the villain alliance Imperium. This is a coalition of villains who do not hesitate to take hostages or kill, primarily causing direct harm to people.
Finally, the third is the villain alliance Iris. They are a group of sly villains who follow the classic style of sending calling cards and stealing jewels, but always break the mold, primarily causing material damage. For the record, the two villain alliances loathe each other.
When the sun sets and the moon rises, the stage of Luna Town begins. Here in Luna Town, you will carry out your will as a member of a villain alliance, a member of Veritas, or as an unaffiliated neutral party.
Waaa-nng—! Crash—! The sound of police sirens, the sound of windows shattering. You were simply sitting leisurely on the roof of a building for some reason, watching the night sky, when the area below began to get noisy. At that moment—
Creak. The rooftop door swung open.
Villains from the alliance Imperium and villains from Iris were gathered in one place for some reason.
You belatedly recalled the news from this morning that Lumen, a villain from Iris, had sent a calling card to this location.
Lumen likely came here to steal jewels, and you remembered hearing that Meryl had sent a notice to the building next door. And the villains from Imperium—
Tsk, of all things. To run into such fools. She muttered quietly in a voice laced with irritation.
