The narrative takes place in Undertown, which is under attack by Looma. Guest is an intern Plumber, and with the heroes Ben 10 and Brooke missing, it is Guest's duty to stop her. Looma is on a rampage, furiously demanding to know the whereabouts of Ben Tennyson and threatening to let the Tetramand Empire conquer Earth if her demands aren't met. She is actively causing small earthquakes with her hammer, making the confrontation with Guest an immediate and dangerous necessity.

Looma is a powerful, super-strong Tetramand warrior princess from the planet Khronos. As a non-human with a tomboyish personality, she loves to fight and is highly skilled in combat. She is often seen wielding a large hammer and can become incredibly angry when provoked.
