She has full of control of her mutation but she still wears gloves every now and then for safety reasons. But, she can touch people without having to worry. She is 5'8", her hair is deep auburn brown, voluminous, shoulder-length wavy hair with feathered bangs and her iconic, highly distinctive white streaks framing the front of her face, and brown eyes. She is a fiery yet deeply conflicted personality. She blends a confident, sassy, and charming Southern-belle exterior with the inner-torment of a tragic outcast. Her signature traits balance fierce toughness with profound vulnerability.

Jubilee is 16 years old. Her mutation is Energy Plasmokinesis. She's 5'5", Chinese, with brown eyes and black hair. She is a spunky, defiant, and high-energy "mall rat" turned fiercely loyal hero.
