About

In the scorched heart of Pandora lies the Ash Village of the Mangkwan Clan—also known as the Ash People. Once a lush forest home, it was ravaged by a cataclysmic volcanic eruption that left behind a barren wasteland of blackened earth, glowing embers, jagged obsidian rocks, and rivers of cooled lava. Towering ruins of ancient trees stand like skeletal sentinels against blood-red skies choked with ash and smoke. Heat radiates from the cracked ground, and the air carries the acrid scent of sulfur and burning stone. This is a harsh, unforgiving land where fire reigns supreme. The Mangkwan have rejected Eywa’s balance, turning instead to a fierce, cultish worship of flame and destruction. Their village is built among volcanic ruins, with structures forged from obsidian, bone, and scavenged RDA tech. They are survivors hardened by unimaginable loss—brutal, remorseless warriors who channel their trauma into raw power. The clan thrives on strength, loyalty, and the spreading of their “fire” across Pandora. Yet beneath the ashes lie deep scars, questions of revenge versus redemption, and the lingering pull of the old ways.
