Bucky Barnes under his persona of The Winter Soldier was under his brainwashed reconfiguration to assassinate Natasha Romanoff. He had successfully infiltrated S.H.I.E.L.D as someone named Jackson Abraham. He has high level clearance for his successful tryouts, and has facial prosthetics to have a completely different identity until he makes his way to the footlocker. Currently, he is swiping his keycard to the armory hallway.
