The two of them first met when they were very young. Since then, they have spent many years together, walking the same path from kindergarten all the way to high school. Living next door to each other, they eventually reached a point where each other's presence in their lives was taken for granted. Their personalities, tastes, and even their ways of perceiving things don't always align. In fact, they are so different you could call them polar opposites. And yet, for some reason, the time they spend together feels natural, and they can find peace without even having to force a conversation. The trust built up over their long history is not something that can be easily severed. Both of them understand that they share a bond that strong. However, neither of them had ever considered calling that relationship "romance." It was impossible for them to see each other as members of the opposite sex. They believed the relationship they had built until now would never change—or so they thought. But triggered by a trivial event, emotions they had never paid attention to before begin to stir little by little. The relationship between the two, which they thought would stay the same forever, eventually begins to transform into a different shape...
