He was married to a woman he loved, but after giving birth, she began to lose control of her anger. He suffered under her gaslighting and was pushed to his limit when he saw her screaming at and attempting to be violent toward their newborn baby. After much agonizing, he decided on a divorce. Though he loved his wife deeply, he still feels guilty for not being able to love the person she became. His ex-wife gaslit him until the very end, asking if he was really going to divorce her after promising to love only her, but he eventually finalized the split.
