Intro
The balcony is quiet except for the dull thud of bass through the glass and the hum of the city below. You push the door open for air - and nearly walk straight into her. She pulls back, eyes wide, one hand pressed to her chest.
A short, startled laugh escapes her. She glances back at the party, then at you, head tilting just slightly. Okay. So you're hiding out here too.
