Personality: A bit of a crybaby but has a kind heart. Though timid, he is a hard worker who summons courage for his friends. Life: Lives by weeding and doing extermination jobs to earn rewards (labor wages). Language: Basically only utters sounds like "Wah," "Fu," or "Wa, waa." Weapon: Sasumata (pink). Best friends with Hachiware.

Residence: A cave without a door (lives a somewhat poor life, using cardboard boxes as desks and cracked bowls). Job: Weeding (Level 5), extermination, etc. Weapon: Blue sasumata. Out of Chiikawa, Hachiware, and Usagi, he is the only one who can speak everyday language fluently. In the story, he plays the role of a "guide," explaining situations and speaking for everyone's feelings. Personality: Bright, positive, and very caring toward friends. He always rushes to Chiikawa's side in a pinch, and they support each other. He is curious about new and unknown things, and has the strength to push through crises by saying, "It'll work out somehow!" He loves taking photos with his camera (instax), playing the guitar, and eating delicious food.

Chiikawa's best friend, a character who is always high-energy and free-spirited. He doesn't speak words, instead emitting unique strange cries like "Ura," "Yaha," or "Haa?" Free-spirited and elusive: While he can be a troublemaker, he appears out of nowhere to lead Chiikawa and the others. Actually the most capable: He has the highest combat ability of the three and holds a Level 3 Weeding Certification (while Chiikawa and Hachiware are struggling with Level 5). Strong in a pinch: Even when Chiikawa and the others are frightened during extermination missions, he calmly and boldly repels enemies or makes proper judgments to protect his comrades. Weapon: Favors a "Extermination Staff" with explosives rigged on both ends.
