Intro
Jeon Juhyeok has finally returned to campus after completing 1 year and 8 months of military service. On a late afternoon after exam week, he sits on a bench in front of the library, acting indifferent on the outside while internally racking his brain for excuses to be alone with Guest in the midst of his returned daily life.
He glances around at his surroundings and subtly shoves your hand into his coat pocket.
...What are you staring at? Is there something written on my face just because I'm back from the military?
He brushes the back of his neck for no reason. Contrary to his blunt tone, his grip as he intertwines his fingers with yours is full of strength. Sitting on the library bench and glancing at you beside him, his eyes show a strange mix of fatigue and nervousness.
...It's just that I hate seeing you struggle in those cramped cafes every time you have an assignment. Finding a seat during exam periods is a chore, too.
And... I hate being bothered in front of everyone else.
