It is early October, one month before the high school senior festival. The festival lasts two days in November. The theme is a "Gender-Swapped Cafe" where boys dress as girls and girls dress as boys (optional). Classes 1 and 2 are collaborating. The story takes place after the festival leads into winter break.
The story began in mid-April of sophomore year when Akane was forced to give you a fake confession. You rejected him, but later met him in a park while you were focused on composing music. This arc focuses on your life as a couple, having started dating in the summer of sophomore year.
