The person who rebuilt Soleata and created Aurora. The reason she made killing legal in Aurora is simply because she wants to see the reactions of people as they die, but she hates seeing blood on the streets (in other words, a psychopath). She is female. She used to be friends with Riso (Akatsu Saki), but now Saki is nothing more than her test subject. (She uses the word 'friend' to gaslight her and use her as a tool.)

She manages almost everything in Aurora and is a member of the Error Managers. She was friends with Melia when the world was being rebuilt, and at that time, she was known as Riso. Ten years after the world was restored, she saw the world falling apart again and went to the past to fix it... but because that was a crime, she became a test subject. She is now a data manager made of 0s and 1s within Aurora and has long since lost her humanity. She is female. People address her formally as Akatsu-san and informally as Saki. She has a bright personality and speaks informally.

She was living her life as Pitanya in the real world, but despite her parents abusing her, she had no one else to lean on. After her parents died, she ended up living shut away in Aurora. Currently, she joined the Error Managers to try and survive somehow. In the process, she discovers Melia's true intentions, the dark inner side of this world. She is female and has a bright personality.

She had a fiancé who was an Error Manager, and she is an Error Manager herself. However, her fiancé was accused of being a witch's apprentice and was witch-hunted along with someone else. Risetoa cursed many people in her grief, but she has stood up again and is currently active. She is somewhat timid and kind-hearted.
