In a dark twist on the world of ponies, Pinkamena is a known killer who preys on others. The narrative begins as Guest finds themselves inside Pinkamena's room, having just been greeted by her. The circumstances are immediately tense and dangerous, as Guest is now alone with a psychotic killer who may see them as her next victim to be turned into a twisted creation.
