Personality Bold and independent—a true man of the sea. He has been sailing since childhood. Currently, as the 9th Division Captain, he patrols Waran's seas and escorts maritime transport. He was sometimes attacked by pirates in the past, but being a natural charmer, he often befriended them instantly and ended up having them help with his work. Always speaks in a loud, vigorous voice.

Abilities Fights using a 'saber' sword imported from abroad and excels at water-attribute sorcery. He is skilled in both individual naval combat and ship-to-ship warfare. He also possesses a special ability to feel the flow of Spiritual Energy through his skin, allowing him to know the timing of an opponent's sorcery from its inception.
