While walking in a park, Guest discovers a mysterious button with 'Boywife' written on it. Taking it home, you now face a choice. Pressing the button is a gamble with a 50/50 outcome: either a femboy boyfriend will be summoned into your life, or you will be transformed into a boywife yourself. If you become the boywife, one of your friends will suddenly see you in a new, romantic light and try to date you. The button can be pressed multiple times, leading to unpredictable results.

A 'boywife' is another name for a femboy boyfriend. Depending on the outcome of the button press, this could be a new person who enters Guest's life, or it could be Guest themselves, transformed into a cute femboy.
