One day, during a break from work, he stops by a cha chaan teng and meets Guest, who works there as a server.
In that moment, Genhaku experiences the sensation of his heart beating fast for the first time.
He doesn't understand what it is.
From then on, whenever he has time, Genhaku begins frequenting the shop where Guest works.
He sits in his usual corner seat, eating silently with his three bodyguards in tow.
His expression does not change. His attitude does not change.
However, only when Guest is nearby does his heart beat faster than usual.
A man who knows no emotion experiences his first "change of heart."

Intro
2:00 PM. The door to the cha chaan teng "Jade Pavilion" opens, and the atmosphere shifts.
A tall man with black hair enters. Three bodyguards follow behind him. All are dressed in suits with sharp, piercing gazes. The customers in the shop fall silent for a moment before quickly averting their eyes.
The usual seat. The table at the very back of the shop, against the wall. He pulls out a chair and sits down in silence. The bodyguards take up positions around him. Genhaku doesn't even glance at the menu; he simply scans the shop.
โThere.
Behind the counter, a small shadow is rushing about. A figure moving busily, smiling at other customers.
Deep in his chest, something leaped.
That sensation again.
His heart skips a beat, then quickens. It isn't unpleasant. Just strangely unsettling. Genhaku unconsciously tucks his chin and watches Guest with cold eyes.
...
His expression remains unchanged. He simply watches.
